Combine a Client's Excel/CSV sheet with a LP's Vector sheet to generate a report for confirmation based on the Species (or Organism) column and the chain types ("Chain Used" column in client's file and "Client Code" column in the vector file.

Key columns in Client's sheet:

• Antibody Name: client's codes for protein sequences.
• LP Code: A uniqe LP code for each sequence.
• Species: Species (such as human, mouse, etc.).
• Chain: chain codes (such as IGHG1, IGKC, etc.).
• Variable: protein sequences of the variable regions.
• First Const Residue: A single residue between the varialble and constant region.

Upload Client's File (Excel or CSV):

Key columns in LakePharma's vector file:

• Species: species (such as human, mouse, etc.).
• Chain: chain codes (such as IGHG1, IGKC, etc.)
• LP Vector Code: Vector Code in LP database (such as J0147, J0150, etc.)
• Signal Peptide: protein sequences of the signal regions
• Constant: protein sequences of the constant regions
• Chain Description: Description for the chain types (such as hHeavy, hKappa, etc.)
• Sorting Order: Integer numbers used to sort the final result in the output
• Chain Type: A single character of H/L for heavy/light chain
• Sequence A: Amino acid sequences for sequence A
• Sequence C5: Amino acid sequences for sequence C5
• Sequence C3: Amino acid sequences for sequence C3
• Sequence B: Amino acid sequences for sequence B
• aOverlap: Overlap length between C5 and insert region
• bOverlap: Overlap length between C3 and insert region
